Step 1: INITIATE REQUEST
Email littletreehugger.za@icloud.com within the eligible timeframe. Please include your Order Number and the name used at checkout.
Step 2: SHARE DETAILS
Briefly describe the issue. For transit damage or manufacturing defects, you must attach clear photographs of the problem.
Step 3: REVIEW & APPROVAL
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and reply with the next steps, return address, and authorisation.
Step 4: REPAIR OR REFUND
We cover courier costs to return and repair valid defects. If a refund is approved instead, allow 5-10 business days for it to reflect.
Friendly reminder: Our Free Repair Service covers manufacturing defects and initial transit damage. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
