Custom Quotes: Quotes provided for custom orders are valid for 14 days. Production on custom orders will only commence once a secure payment link (invoice) has been fulfilled.
Modifications: Because custom orders are made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept cancellations or major design changes once production has started.
Repairs: Our free repair service for manufacturing defects is subject to our physical assessment of the item. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details on eligibility and shipping costs.
We utilize third-party courier services for deliveries within South Africa.
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we cannot be held legally responsible for delays caused by the courier company, strikes, or natural disasters.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the courier.
